Mintaqadagi hech bir davlat energetika xavfsizligini yolg'iz o'rnatolmaydi Balkan Bureau of "Report" reports that the Minister of Energy, Mining Industry and Mineral Resources of North Macedonia Sanja Bojinovska said this at the Energy Transition Summit held in Athens The minister said that his country is committed to being a reliable partner in Europe's energy integration: "We are committed to being a constructive regional partner, a reliable participant in Europe's energy integration, a country that contributes to the more stable, safe and sustainable development of Southeast Europe." According to Sanja Bojinovska, it has become very clear in the last few years that no country in the region can build energy security on its own and that no transition can be successful unless it is safe, affordable and suitable for investment: "For my country, it is a question of energy security, economic competitiveness and social stability. Therefore, for us, achieving the 2030 goals has three meanings: building regional interconnectors as security infrastructure, integrating renewable energy sources through networks, as well as keeping the transition accessible, socially fair and attractive for investments" Listing the achievements of his country in the field of energy, the minister emphasized that the current goal is to turn the country's geographical position into an advantage: "The gas interconnector with Greece is a prime example of this. This project, which has an initial transmission capacity of 1.2 billion cubic meters per year and can be expanded to 2.8 billion cubic meters, changes the position of our country in the energy system and makes us part of a regional corridor. This is important because today diversification does not mean only more suppliers. It means more routes, greater flexibility and higher stability." According to him, through the connection with Greece, North Macedonia strengthens its access to regional gas flows, including liquefied natural gas infrastructure Ulardan foydalanishda saytdagi materiallarga murojaat qilish muhimdir.
